Introduction

WorldClient is a web-based email solution designed to offer you full email functionality through the use of your favorite web browser. All of your email folders reside on the server so that you have access to everything as if you were at the office, home or anywhere else you would normally check your email. In fact, because of WorldClient’s extensive feature set, you can use it as your only email client instead of in addition to others. WorldClient can easily hold its own against traditional email clients while providing the added bonus of enabling you to access your email from anywhere at anytime.

If you choose to use WorldClient only while traveling, your e-mail messages will remain on the server and download to your Outlook Account when you return to the office.

If you check your mail in Outlook Account on the office computer you messages will not show up in the WorldClient inbox when you go to the web.

Log-On

After Clicking on  located below the instructions link you will be taken to the log-in screen.

At the WorldClient log-in screen you will be prompted for your Email address and password.

Please note that your password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

Checking Mail

After log-in you will go directly to the WorldClient Inbox.  You may navigate inside the inbox very similar to how you use Outlook or Outlook Express.

WorldClient does give the user a variety of options for setting up the look and how their e-mail is handled. I strongly advise you to use all default options for checking your mail, unless you are an advanced user.

Address Book

At this time you can not import your address book from Outlook or Outlook Express into WorldClient.  If you choose to use WorldClient on a regular basis you will have to manually set up your address book.

You can add contacts to your address book by creating new contacts:

To Create a Contact

1. Open the Contacts view.
2. Click the Contacts Button
3. Click Create a Contact, a new window will open up.
The name and email address fields are required for new contacts, but all other fields are optional (some users will only have one other field, "Comments").
4. Click "Save" to save the information you have entered or cancel to close the window without keeping the name and addresses you have entered.

Sign Out

Click Sign Out to sign out of the WorldClient email system. You should always sign out and close your browser when you are finished working with your mail. This will aid in making sure that your mail is secure at all times.
